Ajay created a highly automated competence centre which drove end-to-end optimization across the value chain by leveraging purchasing power, supplier management and demand management with clinicians, resulting in significant improvement in EBITDA. Ajay was also responsible for launching greenfield and brownfield hospitals which enabled growth for Fortis. Ajay managed various roles in Reliance Retail, starting with being Profit Centre Head overseeing a region with over 200 stores, 5 warehouses and 1000 Cr revenues, leading the new store opening teamfor rapid expansion and finally led and managedthe e-Grocery format P&L acrossIndia.
