Dr Rajen Ghadiok is a globally recognized Clinician with experience spanning healthcare strategy, deployment of innovative technology solutions in care delivery and designing and managing superior levels of patient engagement and care protocols. Dr Rajen’s impressive career of over four decades has benefitted large hospital chains including Fortis, GangaRam, NationalHeart Instituteand St. Stephen’samongstothers.
Dr. Rajen is known for playing a critical role in well over ten thousand complex cardiac surgeries as a Cardiac Anaesthesiologist. Dr. Rajen is better known for his varied leadership roles across Hospitals, where he significantly impacted and enhanced the organization capabilities and transformed their care delivery practices and ability to grow.
As Chief Medical Officer in Fortis Healthcare, Dr Rajen laid the foundations for clinical leadership development, and ensuring highest quality of operating processes involved in multi-speciality care. Fortis was able to grow rapidly as an enterprise largely owing to the contributions of Dr Rajen in building the backbone of clinical care.
Dr Rajen’s extensive experience includes his role as Executive Director, Nova Speciality where he established their new day care & secondary care facilities across India. In an innovative approach to care, borrowing from retail shop in shop concepts, Dr Rajen as CEO, International Oncology, initiated the process of establishing embedded Integrated Oncology centres within other hospitals. Dr. Rajen’s breadth of expertise and experience includes setting up of high end rehabilitation and sports medicine centres, a first of its kind in India focussing on Ortho and Neuro rehabilitation, as ED of AktivOrtho, as also use of cutting edge technology through design and development of robotic surgical systems manufacturedin India for use in complex surgeries. Dr. Rajen is an Alumni of Christian Medical College, Ludhiana, and resides in New Delhi.
